Monday–Saturday before 9AM or after 6PM. Sundays: all appointments are Out of Hours

Home Visits

Home visits are available in Tobago only at this time. Rates vary based on location and travel distance.

  • Initial Consultation: TTD $1000–1200 (USD $150–165)

  • Follow Up Session: TTD $700–900 (USD $130–145)

Note: Home visits are bookable via WhatsApp only due to travel coordination requirements.

Assessments & Tests

  • Adult ADHD Assessment (includes Testing, Report and Management Planning): TTD $950 (USD $160)

    Please note: An initial psychiatric evaluation must be booked before this assessment. ADHD symptoms can overlap with other conditions, and combining the evaluation and testing in one sitting can be very time-intensive. Starting with an initial consult allows us to review your history, discuss your concerns, and ensure ADHD testing is truly the best next step. In some cases, you may not need formal testing, and we can explore other helpful options—saving you time and cost.

  • Memory Assessment/Cognitive Screening: TTD $800 (USD $140)

  • Personality Disorder Assessment (Structured Interview + Report): TTD $1000 (USD $165)

    Please note: An initial psychiatric evaluation must be booked before this assessment. Personality traits and mental health concerns can be complex. The first consult gives us time to understand your situation thoroughly and confirm whether a personality assessment is appropriate. This ensures you invest in testing that’s necessary and best suited to your needs.

 

Medico-Legal and Report Services

  • Capacity Assessment (e.g., wills, financial or legal decisions): TTD $1500 (USD $220)

  • Firearm License Psychiatric Evaluation

    • Individuals: TTD $950 (USD $160)

    • Organizations: Psychiatric evaluations for firearm licensing are also available for companies or security teams. Please contact the office to discuss scheduling assessments for multiple staff members.

  • Detailed Medical Reports (on request): Please contact the office for information.

 

Workshops & Add-On Services

  • Family Psychoeducation Session (per hour): TTD $500 (USD $100)
