Home Visits

Home visits are available in Tobago only at this time. Rates vary based on location and travel distance.

Assessments & Tests

• Adult and Adolescent (12+) ADHD Assessment (includes both appointments): TTD $1500

  If you've been struggling with difficulties such as inattention, distractibility, forgetfulness, disorganisation, procrastination, restlessness, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday tasks, a comprehensive ADHD assessment can help determine whether ADHD may be contributing to these challenges.

  This assessment is completed over two appointments, with the fee covering both sessions.

  Appointment 1: We will explore your current concerns, developmental history, mental health, and day-to-day functioning before completing a structured ADHD assessment. Where appropriate, questionnaires or information from a family member or partner may also be requested to help build a clear picture.

  Appointment 2: We will review your results together, discuss whether you meet the criteria for ADHD, answer any questions you may have, and develop a personalised treatment plan. This may include medication, therapy, practical strategies, or referrals where appropriate.

  The goal is not simply to determine whether you have ADHD, but to provide a thorough understanding of your symptoms and a clear plan for moving forward.
  

• Adult and Adolescent (12+) Autism Spectrum Disorder Assessment (12+ years)(includes both appointments): TTD$1,200

  If you've been wondering whether you may be autistic, this comprehensive assessment is designed to evaluate for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in adults and adolescents.

  The assessment is completed over two appointments.

  Appointment 1: A detailed clinical interview exploring your current experiences, developmental history, sensory differences, social communication, interests, routines, and other relevant factors. Standardised questionnaires may also be used where appropriate.

  Appointment 2: We will review your results together, discuss whether you meet the diagnostic criteria for Autism Spectrum Disorder, answer your questions, and, if appropriate, develop a personalised management plan and recommendations
  

• Memory Assessment/Cognitive Screening: TTD $800 (USD $140)
  

• Personality Disorder Assessment (Structured Interview + Report): TTD $1000 (USD $165)
  
  Please note: An initial psychiatric evaluation must be booked before this assessment. Personality traits and mental health concerns can be complex. The first consult gives us time to understand your situation thoroughly and confirm whether a personality assessment is appropriate. This ensures you invest in testing that’s necessary and best suited to your needs.
  

• Firearm License Psychiatric Evaluation

  • Individuals: TTD $950 (USD $160)

  • Organizations: Psychiatric evaluations for firearm licensing are also available for companies or security teams. Please contact the office to discuss scheduling assessments for multiple staff members.

Medico-Legal and Report Services

Only bookable via WhatsApp or email

• Capacity Assessment (e.g., wills, financial or legal decisions): TTD $2800
  Includes the psychiatric assessment and written report. More complex medico-legal matters may incur additional fees.
