Terms of Service
These Terms & Conditions outline important information regarding booking, payments, and attendance at Dr. Alleyne | Mind & Wellness. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
Appointments
All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Session times will be confirmed via email, WhatsApp, or booking link once payment or proof of payment is received.
Please arrive/log in on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session (see Late Arrival Policy).
Downpayments & Fees
Full payment is required to confirm all appointments (initial and follow-up).
Fees may vary depending on the type of service (evaluation, follow-up, home visit, medico-legal report).
Accepted Payment Methods
Local Clients (T&T): Direct bank transfer, Paypal link, WiPay to pay via debit or credit card, cash (via advance drop off in office).
International Clients: PayPal or debit/credit card via secure link.
Cancellation Policy
More than 48 hours’ notice: You have the option to reschedule within 30 days, or request a refund (minus a small 5% processing fee).
Less than 48 hours’ notice or if you miss the appointment: 50% of your fee will be kept to cover the reserved time, and the other 50% will be refunded.
Emergencies happen — if something urgent comes up, just reach out. I’ll review these situations on a case-by-case basis with compassion.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, the session will proceed but end at the originally scheduled time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation/no-show, and the downpayment may be forfeited.

All sessions are strictly confidential in line with medical ethics and the laws of Trinidad & Tobago.
Information will only be shared with your consent or if legally required (e.g., safety concerns).
Telepsychiatry & Home Visits
