Credit / Debit Card Payments (Global)
Accepted Worldwide — Pay Securely Online
You can pay for sessions, assessments, follow-up appointments and digital services using your credit or debit card during checkout.
This option is processed securely through our online payment processor and is available to clients both within and outside of Trinidad & Tobago.
Local TTD Payments (Trinidad & Tobago)
WiPay Personal Link for Local Clients
Clients based in Trinidad & Tobago who prefer to pay in TT dollars can use our secure WiPay payment link. Your receipt will be sent electronically once payment is completed.
Bank Deposit / Online Bank Transfer (Local TTD)
Clients in Trinidad & Tobago who prefer direct bank transfer may submit payment using bank deposit or online transfer.
Banking details will be provided on your invoice or upon request.
Once payment has been completed, kindly email or WhatsApp proof of payment to our office so your appointment can be confirmed.
Corporate / Contracted Services
For companies, NGOs, and organizations seeking psychiatric consultation, on-site mental health support, corporate wellness partnerships, ongoing retained psychiatric services, group psychoeducation or talks — please contact us for a formal quotation and tailored service package.
Insurance / Employer Assistance (Where Applicable)
We can provide receipts / letters for reimbursement submissions depending on the requirements of your employer or insurance provider.
At this time, direct billing to insurance companies is not available.
Refund & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling within 48 hours or less may attract a fee. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance.
